The AI Power Gap is the New Infrastructure Ceiling
As AI compute demand scales exponentially, existing electrical grids are reaching their physical limits. The future of intelligence depends on solving the energy bottleneck through radical innovation in power transmission and storage.

CORE TECHNOLOGY
HTS-Based Energy Platform
The ASM platform leverages High-Temperature Superconducting (HTS) architecture to solve fundamental grid constraints. Our integrated sPipe and SMES systems conserve, move, and stabilize power with zero thermal loss, providing a massive energy buffer that bridges the gap between traditional utility supply and the volatile demands of next-generation AI data centers.
Superconductivity
Since the very beginning of the company, our team has been interested and inspired by the promise of superconductivity. In 1994, we donated three precision high temperature ovens for making bulk superconducting magnets to University of Houston and the preeminent scholar, Dr. Roy Weinstein. For 25 years until his retirement, Dr. Weinstein made the world’s highest strength superconducting permanent magnets. The company used these magnets in many DOE assisted projects looking at new motor and generator topologies. In 2015, we also supplied the magnets for a “hoverboard” used in conjunction with Lexus to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the “Back to the Future” movie.
